We humans are not only physical, but also spiritual beings. We carry Souls within and they are the foundation of your beings. When your Soul is awakened, it will lead your life over the Body and the Mind. Your life will start evolving and transforming into the direction as you are supposed to go. You will gain more clarity and deeper understanding about who you are and what you are supposed to do.

Mika’s Spiritual Teaching aims to teach about the secrets of the Soul and its journey (Personal Truth) as well as the secrets of the Universe (Universal Truth). These secrets are not based on religious teaching, but rather universal. Therefore, her teaching is open to anyone who believes in the spiritual realm and willing to understand and grow spiritually.
