Meditation 瞑想

Meditation is the most powerful form of Self-healing practice. It can help one attain mental clarity and deep calmness as well as experience love, joy, compassion, peace and much more. Meditation practice is indispensable for spiritual seekers to deepen their spiritual journey as well.

Mika has studied with Taoist, Buddhist and Hindu masters as well as Estoteric study teachers. With her continued practice and dedication, she has mastered meditation and still continues to finetune her methods to go deeper... She has been teaching and giving guidance to individuals about the secrets of meditation.

Meditation is a lifelong practice. When your Mind is still and free during silent sitting meditation, you will experience joy and peace. It also reveals hidden truths that come from our subconscious mind and not are not usually accessible otherwise.

Mika is committed to teaching and sharing the Truth and Secret of Meditation with beginners and meditators. One must be disciplined and practice on a regular basis. It is not easy, but your life will definitely start shifting dramatically if you do so.

There is more to come as you deepen your practice. Meditation is absolutely necessary to deepen the spiritual journey....

Mika offers several meditation programs according to your level and needs.

Level I Beginners' Eight Weeks Meditation Program:
8 Wednesdays, May 5 - June 23, Wed, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Goals: 1. Learn basic meditation techniques and develop regular practice
           2. Learn how to calm the Mind and clear thoughts
           3, Learn about Energy and Body-Mind-Soul inter-connection

Healing Meditation Program:
4 Wednesdays, 6:30 -8:30 pm, TBD
Goals: 1. Learn how to activate your inner healing ability
           2. Learn about specific techniques to accelerate healing
           2. Learn about Healing Qi Gong exercises

Level II Advanced Beginners Meditation Program (Gratuates of Level I)
4 Wednesdays ,June 30 - July 21, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Goals: 1. Develop regular practice
           2. Learn how to detatch from daily thoughts & activities during meditation
           3. Learn how to go deeper in meditation

Level III Intermediate Meditation Program: (Graduate of Level I & II)
1st and 3rd Monday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, ongoing
Goals: 1. Maintain regular practice
           2. Learn how to develop connection with the Higher Self through Meditation
           3. Learn how to develop connection with the Higher Divine/Universe through Meditation

Love & Compassion Meditation Circle for Peace and Humanity (all levels, open to public)
4th Monday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Goals: 1. Develop compassion for peace and the Humanity through meditation
           2. Share with others compassion for peace and the Humanity
           3. Meet and connect with other like-minded individuals

Love & Compassion Meditation Circle of Awakened Heart (Open level)
May 8, Richmond, VA, 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Goals: 1. Connect and share for spiritual growth 
           2. Receive blessing to the Self
           3. Offer blessing to others
           4. Boost joy, peace and light for all
