Are you ready for learning meditation? Meditation is effective not only for calming the Mind and reducing stress, but also learning about your true Self by integrating the Body, Mind and Soul. It is an essential tool for cultivating your potentials. Her teaching is not religious, but spiritual based on different traditions.
Mika will teach all the necessary basic skills that will help you learn meditation easily and effectively. Learning meditation is definitely a life work, but by the end of 8 weeks, you will be able to sit for meditation alone or in a group setting on a regular basis.

Week 4: Boost energy, vitality & stamina: Learning about Taoist Energy Centers
Week 5: Communicate with your Soul, including souls of the organs
Week 6: Work with the Heart Chakra (part 1): Receiving Divine Love & Compassion
Week 7: Work with the Heart Chakra (part 2): Offering Divine Love & Compassion
Week 8: Attain Oneness: Receiving blessing from the Universe & the Earth
