What is the Spiritual Path? (April 21, 2008)
The spiritual path is the spiritual discipline that you choose to follow. It requires a firm decision, commitment and efforts to stay on the path. It may not be a permanent decision, but it should be a decision that is effective for at least a certain period of time.
When you come across the path that you would like to follow, you will know right away. If you are an advanced spiritual seeker, you may find your own path rather than traditional paths available on this Earth, such as Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, Christianity, Kabbalah and Shamanism.
A number of people told me that they were looking for their gurus. On this subject, the Universe told me that a guru in the East traditionally trained a small handful group of disciples for a limited period of time. The guru will be their personal spiritual adviser and teacher who teaches all necessary spiritual tools, such as meditation and healing. After the training, the guru usually releases the disciples and let them search their own paths. The guru traditionally does not keep the disciples around him permanently.
The Universe also told me that the original role of the guru is not representing a spiritual path, but teaching spiritual tools and empowering disciples so as to find their own paths.
In order to find the spiritual path, you may have to start leaning spiritual tools first, such as meditation, Reiki, etc. Before you find your path that you commit to, you have to search various tools to see which is appropriate for you. Learning about spiritual tools does not mean that you found the spiritual path. Your spiritual path will be found through your continuous practice of the tools that were given to you. There are so many different spiritual tools that are available on this Earth. You don’t have to go through all available tools to choose. You will know when you have done enough search for spiritual tools.
Finding and practicing your spiritual tools is the step toward finding your spiritual path.
