Overcoming Karma (November 12, 2007)
(Path toward Enlightenment – step 3)
In an earlier message, I explained about what Karma is. (Please read “What is Karma?) Karma is the consequence of the action/inaction that you committed in past lifetimes as well as in this lifetime. Also, the action/inaction that you take right now will affect the course of your future.
You are here in this lifetime on the Earth to learn lessons to walk toward becoming an enlightened being. It takes hundreds to thousands of lifetimes to reach the goal, but you have already begun your journey. That is why you are here.
Karma is an unfinished business from the past lifetimes. Anything that you failed to learn lessons remains as Karma. You will face related events over and over again until you finally learn the lessons. It not rare to spend many lifetimes to learn a specific lesson.
No individual is free from Karma. It is important to view Karma positively. Karma will guide you to understand what you need to learn in this lifetime and what actions that you need to take. Working on your Karma is the direction that you must pursue in this lifetime.
With your clear intention and appropriate steps, you can clear your Karma effectively and quickly. How to clear Karma depends on your consciousness and efforts. Karma will disappear when you understand the message and apply in a real action.
The first step toward clearing Karma is to “accept” that you have Karma on the specific issue, such as commitment, receiving or giving love, money, status, phobia, habit, etc. If you are denial of the Truth, you will not be able to begin the clearing process. The acceptance assures your readiness to work on the karma that you have.
Second, once you accept the fact that you have the Karma, you begin to learn about where this Karma results from and what lessons that you are supposed to learn. While Karma immediately results from an experience in the childhood/adulthood in most cases, the main cause is mostly rooted in a past lifetime. Therefore it is extremely helpful to apply regression in order to learn about the root cause under the guidance of a qualified spiritual healer. This process will help you understand where you came from (past life). During this stage, it is very important to receive a clear message about what lessons that you are learning and apply them in a future action so as to change the course of direction in your present life.
Third, after you understand the cause and the nature of the Karma, it is the time to start working on it. Clearing Karma requires your dedication to a daily healing practice including meditation. This will clear the negative energy created by the Karma around you, transforming into positive energy. Using healing tools, including Mantra, Mudra, visualization, energy healing tools, such as essential oils, flower essences and crystals, will be advised by an appropriate spiritual healer.
Karma is a tool for you to learn about your Self and the direction that you must step forward. Don’t be afraid. The Universe is there for you to assist your learning. Trust your inner voice and take steps toward your Truth. This is the path toward experiencing a difference and transformation in life…
