Level II Advanced Beginners Meditation Program

Goals: 1. Develop regular practice
2. Learn how to detatch from daily thoughts & activities during meditation
3. Learn how to go deeper in meditation
Level III Intermediate Meditation Program
1st and 3rd Monday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, ongoing
Goals: 1. Maintain regular practice
2. Learn how to develop connection with the Higher Self through Meditation
3. Learn how to develop connection with the Higher Divine/Universe through Meditation
Love & Compassion Meditation Circle for Peace and Humanity (all levels, open to public)
